A Game-Changing Week at Davos 2025
We’ve just wrapped up an unforgettable week at Davos 2025, and the experience has been nothing short of extraordinary.
For anyone in the investment world, this is the place where ideas are shared, deals are made, and the future of finance begins to take shape.
The opportunity to meet with industry leaders, top investors, and innovators was exactly the kind of environment where PisanoGlobal thrives.
If there’s one takeaway from Davos, it’s the sense that we’re standing at the threshold of something monumental.
Our investment products such as Residential Real Estate in Switzerland and our participation in Commercial Real Estate in the USA, transitioning to triple NNN leases, have become some of the most sought-after offerings for our institutional investors and family offices. These products are highly valued for their safety, asset-backed security, and attractive returns. With demand growing rapidly, allocations are quickly closing as the appetite for these opportunities remains immense. In our alternative investments, we also have Futurepay an online revolving line of credit, that proves highly opportunistic in the European market this is high demand product, for people looking to invest in Fintech, and BNPL products.
The Best of What Davos Had to Offer
- Washington’s Post Playbook for growth: One of the highlights of our week was receiving an invitation to the Washington Post’s Playbook for Growth session with David Solomon, CEO of Goldman Sachs. Listening to David share his thoughts on the U.S. economy, President Trump’s impact, global market growth, and building lasting value was truly inspiring. He’s at the top for a reason, and his insights have provided us with powerful perspectives to incorporate into our own strategies.
- Deutsche Bundesbank Breakfast: We were honored to be invited by President Joachim Nagel to an exclusive breakfast with top investors and industry experts. Ronald Wuijster, CEO of APG, was also in attendance, and we had a thoughtful conversation about Germany’s economic future and the exploration of new ideas to boost Germanys economy. It was a fantastic opportunity to network, and we are deeply appreciative of the invitation from Deutsche Bundesbank, looking forward to next years Davos.
- AI in Financial Services with Deloitte: If there’s one thing that stood out at Davos, it was the overwhelming energy around AI. We had an insightful conversation with David Hill, CEO of Deloitte Asia, and Yulia Toyokawa, Board Member at Japan’s largest bank MUFG (with assets exceeding $3.1 trillion). As we continue our roadshow to find LPs, we are excited about the possibility of visiting Japan. We are incredibly grateful to Deloitte for their invitation and the chance to engage with such influential leaders in the industry.
- Bloomberg Conversations with Industry Giants:Upon invitation of the highly esteemed mr J. Zimmerman from Bloomberg. Davos wasn’t just about panels—it was also about the behind-the-scenes conversations with some of the biggest names in finance. We had the privilege of hearing Laurence D. Fink, CEO of BlackRock, and Ruth Porat, President and CIO of Alphabet & Google, discuss their perspectives on investing, market outlooks for 2025, the role of technology in finance (including blockchain, Bitcoin, and tokenization), and President Trump’s overwhelming victory—and what’s to come under his administration. These conversations were invaluable, providing us with actionable insights that are already influencing our strategies. Additionally, we had the opportunity to discuss Futurepay, an online revolving line of credit, with Fabricio Bloisi, CEO of Prosus and Naspers. Fabricio expressed significant interest in companies like Futurepay, given their position as major tech investors. We are grateful for Bloombergs invitation and specifically mr Zimmerman.
- Deloitte House One on One meetings We also had productive one-on-one meetings a the Deloitte House, where we discussed investment opportunities in our Swiss residential real estate product with Unified Vision Capital Co-Founder Nipun Mahajan and senior managing partner A.K. Sharma from Unified Vision Capital. The conversations centered around commitments and LPs for residential real estate in Switzerland now the best market to invest in Real Estate, and we are pleased with the collaboration we’ve established with Unified Vision Capital. Their expertise in investment banking, real estate, private equity, and private banking makes them a highly esteemed partner in the industry.
